We currently have an opportunity available for a Scheduler to join our insignia Customer Technical Support department, suited to a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with proven scheduling experience.

About the role:
As an integral part of our Customer Technical Support team, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the scheduling of Field Support Technicians nationally for both breakdown support and preventative maintenance agreements.
Your day-to-day activities will involve customer contact via inbound calls, and proactive follow-up communication in relation to insignia’s broad range of labelling and coding equipment. You will prioritise service requests based on contract type, customer priority and urgency of the issue, ensuring all interactions with customers are timely, professional and supportive of their requirements. Your role will also involve tracking Technician status and next availability, ensuring that identified parts required for each task are available, and preventative maintenance reporting.

Our ideal team member has experience in a service or maintenance planning / scheduling role, having used CRM / ERP, while possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Your strength in building effective relationships with customers and team members alike, together with your ability to work under pressure, embrace change, prioritise, be highly organised will see you well placed for success in this role. You are a motivated self-starter with an interest in working in a technical environment that promises challenge and variety every day.
